F&S Grading Co. is owned by Steed Jones. Growing up his father owned a farm where he spent summers working operating agricultural and construction equipment, doing various types of farm work. He later became a career firefighter and as time went on he found himself wanting more. He always had a desire to be self-employed and this was the birth of F&S Grading Company. He started F&S as a side job working as an owner/operator. The company quickly grew and within 6 months, Steed had to make the decision and operate the business full time. Almost 7 years later F&S Grading Co. is an established turnkey sitework company employing 12-15 employees, specializing in Grading and Utilities for Commercial and Industrial construction.
